The Founder
Olivia Prolik Schuchovski is a trusted advisor to international families and business groups with U.S. operations, offering strategic legal and tax guidance tailored to cross-border needs.
Born in Brazil, Olivia holds an LL.B. from Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba (UniCuritiba), a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation with a concentration in International Taxation from the same institution.
Before founding SCH Tax Law, Olivia worked for several years at an established Miami-based legal and tax advisory firm, where she advised multinational companies expanding into the U.S. market, U.S. individuals with foreign assets, and high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth international clients investing in or relocating to the United States.
Recognized for her technical precision and depth of knowledge, Olivia is equally valued for her ability to deliver clear, actionable advice aligned with her clients’ objectives. Fluent in Portuguese and well-versed in Civil Law systems, she brings a nuanced, globally informed perspective to every matter she handles.
